Welcome to my actively curated list of A-Frame homes for sale in and around the Denver metro area. As a modern real estate specialist, I scour the MLS and other sources daily to find you the latest homes coming to the market.

The foothills and mountains adjacent to Denver are filled with hundreds, maybe thousands of A-Frame homes of all shapes and sizes, from large and dramatic luxury homes, to rustic A-Frame cabins, and everything in-between. Many of the A-Frames in the mountains were built as kit homes (Broomfield-based Delta Vacation Homes was one of the large local manufacturers of pre-fabricated A-Frames) for those Denverites looking to build an affordable place to get away in the nearby mountains.

There are also A-Frame style homes built in the Denver area that are more suited to full-time living. Almost all of the city A-Frames were designed by architect Frenchie Gratts, and can be found in Virginia Village (Lynwood and one in Krisana Park) and various suburban communities. Aside from the Gratts A-Frames there are a few by other unknown designers in Green Mountain Estates, and also a couple of examples of a triple-spoke A-frame design built by Utopian Homes in Westminster, outside Littleton, and in Evergreen.

I update this list daily to share both those A-Frames in the city, as well as those in the mountains. This list is not comprehensive for all of Colorado - only those A-Frames listed on the REcolorado MLS.
