Neo-Mansard Monday in Denver’s Academy Subdivision

By Atom Stevens - June 17, 2024

A house with a wood shake neo-mansard roof and vertical stained wood siding.

IT’S NEO-MANSARD MONDAY!
The day no one asked for, and that everyone secretly loves. /—\

A modest 1970s neo-mansard home in Denver’s Academy subdivision in the greater Bear Valley neighborhood, one of a few different neo-mansard models in the neighborhood. This one is notable for still featuring rustic stained cedar siding and cedar shakes on the mansard roof, which would have been a common material used on most neo-mansard roofs in the Denver area.

This home is NOT presently offered for sale.

See all of the homes with neo-mansard roofs currently for sale in the Denver area (there are a lot more than you might think), right here on my website!

See you there!
