Biesk and his friend, interior designer H. Albert Phibbs used to make day trips to the mountains to bring large rocks back for landscaping, used prominently in front of the home here.

This is one of 99 examples of an affordable modern home design by architect Norton Polivnick of the firm Baume & Polivnick. Built by D & H Contractors in 1955.
