Dream House Acres in Centennial, Colorado was built by Dream House Inc. as a follow-up to its neighborhood of mid-century modern and charming homes at 88th & Hopkins in Adams County. This tract featured larger and better appointed homes than the one up north, and was still built as a mixed-style neighborhood. Well preserved examples will have original wood paneling upstairs, and sometimes even a mural in the basement. This neighborhood was also marketed as “Cherry Hills Manor” in the 1960s, but today is only known as Dream House Acres. Scroll to the bottom to see an original ad for the neighborhood.
