Krisana Park is a group of over 170 mid-century modern homes that are largely based on a Jones & Emmons design for Joseph Eichler in California - to the extent that locals refer to these homes as "Likelers." Only one floor plan was offered (with exception to four Lynwood preview models on Dahlia Street), but with the use of six different elevations, two elevations turning the home parallel to the street, one can hardly tell - and there is a lot of texture in the streetscape.

The neighborhood is protected by a conservation overlay that places restrictions on building form. While it doesn't prevent demolition, it does prevent pop-ups, and helps preserve the original architectural character of the neighborhood to some degree. Builder H. B. Wolff constructed a follow-up neighborhood nearby that is worth your consideration, Lynwood.
