Experience the Restoration/Renovation of a Home in Westminster’s Sunset Lanes Neighborhood
Architect Josh Robinson has been hard at work over the last couple of years restoring his mid-century modern tract home, and he is reaching a point where things are really starting to come together. After years of some abuse, neglect, and unfortunate “updates” prior to his ownership, Josh has given this home new luster while trying as much as he can to stay true to the design intents of the home’s architect, Norton Polivnick of Baume & Polivnick.
In early 2024, Josh decided to start documenting his restoration/renovation work on the home and posting videos of it on YouTube in a wonderful (and rare) long-form approach in editing. Since Josh is a friend and colleague of mine, and because he and I want to see more Sunset Lanes homeowners and newcomers see the potential in these special homes, I am sharing this series with you so that you might be inspired!
If you are looking to sell your Sunset Lanes home in the future, and would like help to find a buyer who will take as much care as Josh is, contact me via phone, email, text, or DM—I am your Sunset Lanes specialist, having listed multiple homes in the neighborhood—and don’t hesitate to reach out to Josh or myself for advice in restoring or renovating your Sunset Lanes or other mid-century home. Want to buy a Sunset Lanes home or something similar? Give me a call, email, text, or DM today!
